Get your hands dirty with flour and learn the secrets of real homemade Neapolitan pizza. The original recipe has been around the world for years and they have adapted it to the presence of available products, but we Neapolitans are proud to have always been faithful to tradition and love to show what we actually consider an art form.
You will learn from the scratch the method of making a handmade dough, what are its fermentation and maturation times to arrive at an excellent product.
You will roll out the pizza and compose it with the top classic products of a Margherita or a Marinara or whatever you may prefer.
The last part, but certainly the most fun, will be baking it in a real wood-burning oven to cook it at the right point.
In the end your efforts will be plenty rewarded with your tasty delight accompanied by a glass of country wine to make this activity even more unique.
